🔹 Job Overview

Position: Field Assistant Trainee
Sector: Finance and Insurance
Functional Area: Marketing & Sales
Functional Role: Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Available to Join: Within 15 days
Age Limit: 18–32 years (DOB between 17/06/1993 and 17/06/2007)

    🔹 Roles and Responsibilities

    Selected candidates will play a key role in day-to-day microfinance operations at the field level. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    1. ✅ Attend Centre Meetings regularly to maintain customer engagement and educate about loan procedures.
    2. ✅ Conduct CGT (Compulsory Group Training) for new customers, helping them understand terms, group responsibility, and repayment rules.
    3. ✅ Loan Disbursement – Ensure timely and secure distribution of microloans to eligible applicants.
    4. ✅ EMI Collection from borrowers as per schedule with proper records.
    5. ✅ LUC (Loan Utilization Check) – Perform checks post-disbursement to ensure the loan is used appropriately.

    🔹 Who Can Apply?

    1. 📘 Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
    2. 🧠 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply!)
    3. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Gender: Both Male & Female candidates welcome
    4. ✅ Applicants must be aged 18 to 32 years as on June 17, 2025
    5. 🌍 Preferred Locations: Residents of Paschim Medinipur or Purba Medinipur
