Introduction

In this internship at IBM Consulting, you'll work at one of IBM's Client Innovation Centres, gaining exposure to deep technical and industry expertise. Your Role and Responsibilities

This internship is open only for candidates who have applied through the Prime Minister's Internship Scheme. Interns will observe and gain hands-on experience in application monitoring, production scheduling, administration of services, and technical support operations in real-time shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

- Monitor application processes and perform incident/fault analysis
- Manage low to medium production support tasks
- Observe scheduling and monitoring of applications
- Participate in non-code configuration activities
- Gain exposure to application administration tasks

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc, BCA) with 12+3 academic years
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, technical aptitude, analytical mindset
